Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipping: You have the option to cancel your order before it is shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team with your order details as soon as possible. We will process your cancellation request and provide a full refund

Cancellation After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can still return the product following the refund policy provided below

Refund Policy

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including any associated shipping charges.

Change of Mind: Should you decide to return a product due to a change of mind, you may do so within 3 days of delivery for a refund. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility

Wrong Product: In the event that you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange to send you the correct product or provide a full refund, including any associated shipping charges.
